I went in for an oil change. Tire pressure check and to have them replace the turn signal light bulb. They estimated a one hour service time, and it was right on The waiting room is clean and there's a daily newspaper there. As well as a TV And coffee

Went to Jamie's for brake pads, rotors, brake fluid flush, and an oil change. They called me before doing the work and quoted me at $1200 over the phone. Already steep for that service, but they got me in last minute on a Friday so I was willing to pay it. Got to the shop and swiped my card, realized later they charged me $766 for parts and the total I paid was $1656... Incredibly excessive. It was my own fault not noticing and saying something. I'm writing this review because Jamie's reached out to me asking how the service was and when I responded with a valid complaint they ghosted me. 1/10. Do NOT recommend. Terrible customer service.

This location is amazing! The staff is always kind and takes time to explain all of the services. I never feel silly for asking questions, nor do I ever feel pressured. Casey is the best!

I got brand new tires on my car, they were super flexible and helped me do two now and two later, super nice! While doing the service, they also realized my back tires were lose and tighten them up for me!

Even though there 15 miles away from where I live, I've always taken my vehicles to Jamie's, great service, great staff... a trust worthy shop, which is very hard to find this day and time!!!!

Service I received was fantastic and very informative. Tony, Casey, and Brooklyn were extremely helpful and very polite as well as professional. They went above and beyond on answering any questions I had regarding my diesel Chevy Colorado.

Quick service of a flat today! Jamie and his team were fantastic as always and I cannot than thank enough for always taking care of us. Reasonable pricing and absolutely quick and fantastic service. Really appreciate this place!

Had the tow truck drop off my truck with a tire that blew out the night before. Without calling them, I went in the next day to pick out new tires. Is already been there so they pulled my info, reviewed their inventory and was ready with a couple of suggestions. They didn't upsell. I told them how much I drove it annually and they made the recommendation based on that info. Price was descent too. The customer service rep (Shawn Caldwell) hit a home run for my team! Loved the service report of who did what too! It's one of those places I don't look forward to seeing them again but if I do, I know I can trust them!
