Courtney, the service advisor was great.

They always do a thorough job with checking for suggested maintenance. However, they never pressure me to get the work done immediately. This has been my experience with both the Beavercreek and Jamies’s Express in Fairborn.

The lady who helped us Kacey was so genuine and honest. I appreciate her patience and taking the time to explain what was wrong with our tire. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she cares. I will definitely be going back there when we need a service that they provide.

Amazing service, friendly & quick

About a month ago, I was driving on the highway when one of my tires popped. I don’t know much about tires, so I went to Jamies Tires expecting to just take whatever recommendation they gave me. The guys there were extremely personable, easy to talk to, and never made me feel dumb for not knowing much about tires. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me. In fact, they actually recommended a cheaper option than what I was originally looking at. They easily could have sold me something more expensive and I probably wouldn’t have known the difference. Instead, they were honest, straightforward, and genuinely good to deal with. That combination of good customer service, honesty, and being personable is hard to find. I’ll definitely be going back to Jaime's Tires and won't even consider anywhere else. Nick

The staff is always amazing, quick, and througal. I take both of my vehicles there. Prices are also reasonable

Every time I go to the Fairborn location they are always so nice and explain anything to me if something other than the regular oil change needs done. They always ask if you want an air filter, but do not come across as pushy or trying to sell you things. I feel like they genuinely care.

This is my third time at the N. Dixie location. Their service is phenomenal. Great communication, follow ups through the process and timely work. They guarantee the work that’s done. And more importantly, I’ve not had to comeback on any of their work. Rob Stacey and his team deserve some recognition for their customer service. I’ll be going back when needed or now for any regular service!
